Something big is coming for Blossom in Business, and this episode is the first real look behind the scenes 👀
This is a bonus check in the episode. No lesson plan, no structured teaching, just me catching you up on everything that's been happening. I get into the rebrand, what it actually means for the direction of the brand and why this feels less like “just a name change” and more like the beginning of something entirely new ✨
I also walk you through the new podcast setup and the shift to a more casual, conversational format. What felt off about the old approach and why Big Sister Energy just makes more sense for where this show is going 🎙️
And I tease something in the works for beauty business owners that I'm not ready to announce yet, plus a hint at a guest episode coming very soon. 👀
You'll walk away knowing exactly where Blossom in Business is headed, why the shift is happening now and feeling like you got the inside scoop before anyone else does 💕

Hey everyone, welcome to Glossman Business, the podcast for beauty business owners who are ready to treat their business like a business, not just a hobby. My name is Monique and I'm a Melbourne-based salon owner and educator and I'm here to help you grow your income, attract the right clients, and build a business that's actually sustainable. So if you're in the beauty industry and you're ready to level up your mindset, your marketing and the way that you run your business, this is the podcast for you. I hope you love this episode now. Let's get into it. Hello everyone and welcome back to another episode of the Blossom in Business podcast. Now, if you're watching the video, I'm sure you can see something a little bit different. We're in a bit of a different setup, and I'm gonna go into everything very shortly. But firstly, it has been a hot minute since I've recorded a podcast episode. I know you guys would have gotten an episode last week, but I actually was pre-filming so many episodes back in April. I think I filmed like six episodes or something, because in May I went to Japan for three weeks and I didn't want to have to rush back into it when I got back. So I haven't filmed a podcast episode since literally like the second last week of April, and it's now, what is it today? 23rd of June. So much is happening in my business right now. I've got so much planned for the beauty business owners out there that I can't quite announce just yet. So this episode is really just me catching you up on the rebrand and all the things happening behind the scenes, and also the podcast and how it's going to be changing moving forward. It has not only been a hot minute since I've filmed the podcast, but so much has changed behind the scenes. I didn't realize that so much could change in the span of like six, seven, eight weeks. I don't know how long it's been, but so much has changed since the last time I filmed the podcast. So in this episode, I kind of just wanted to give you the rundown on everything that's changed. We've had kind of a rebrand, kind of starting a new business, have like renamed the business, like everything's just crazy. So I thought this episode would be a really good chance to catch up on what's been happening behind the scenes, any changes to the podcast. Obviously, we have a new setup, but other things like that. I have so much to update you guys on. So I thought this episode would be like a little casual chit-chat, catch-up, that kind of vibe. So, first of all, the rebrand. So, if you don't follow me on socials, or maybe you do and you just haven't seen, I actually did kind of a rebrand. So, basically, I had been running my business as Royal Blossom Beauty for a hot minute, and that covered the salon, which is my home salon, nails, lashes, brows, and also my nail education, and it was also the name that I started with when I had the podcast as well. So my business was called Royal Blossom Beauty. But one day, out of nowhere, right? I knew I wanted to lean into more like beauty business education, but one day out of nowhere, obviously this podcast was always called the Blossom and Business Podcast, but that was just, you know, a name of the podcast, so it wasn't anything crazy, you know. But one day, it was like one Sunday morning, I think it was, at my partner's house. I swear I get so much inspiration while I'm there. It's so crazy. My little office in his spare room, so much inspiration. One random Sunday morning, I think it was a week or two before we left for Japan, so back in April, this idea came to my head. And it wasn't really an idea, it was more like a statement. Like it wasn't like a thought, it was a statement. Basically, it said, You need to change your business to blossom in business. And like obviously the salon, like that wouldn't make sense, you know. Like the salon is like clients, like that wouldn't make any sense. So because I'd kind of wanted to separate the salon and like education more, because I had potential students inquire on the salon page, and then you know, salon clients messaged on the training page, and it was just like a hot mess. Which I understand the client part of it, especially regulars, because like the education page was the salon page originally, but at the same time, it's like this is too confusing. I don't know who's messaged me on what, like, I don't know like where all my chats are, like it was just getting a bit crazy. And also, because I'd already started by separating the Instagrams, it could be still a bit confusing. Because it was the same name but with salon growing on the end, like it wasn't anything completely different. And I had this thing come into my head and it said you need to change the name of your education side of your business to Blossom in Business, and I did want to start treating it like its own business, and this was like the perfect thing to do, right? Because it were rebranded. So I don't know if I'd call it a rebrand or like a whole new business because I don't know exactly how like that works. Because obviously, I did register a new business name, I applied for a new trademark, all of those things, but it's still the same like now education and still the same podcast, just under a new name. So we're calling it a mix of a rebrand and a mix of a new business because I am going to be treating it like its own business. I felt like for so long it was kind of just like as much as it is my main focus now, because a lot of my hours are stuck heavily in the salon, it would kind of just be like outside my client hours, like just when I get the chance. Now it's like locked in, whole nother business, you know? So as for the podcast, it didn't really change anything. The podcast has already been called Blossom and Business for ages. It's more just like my social media is now called Blossom in Business for the education side. The salon has reclaimed its original Royal Blossom Beauty handle, no salon in the end. She's gone back to where she was. And then my website that was originally royalblossombeauty.com, which started as you know a salon site and then transitioned into the training site with like a little bit of salon, is now blossomandbusiness.com, no salon at all. It is purely just training and education and all the good things. I'm so excited. And I mean it kind of was a little bit scary because like I'd obviously built up my business so long under Royal Blossom Beauty, but I'm still in the early days of education. So I was like, as much as I had built up my reputation in the salon world as Royal Blossom Beauty, I was still early days building up Royal Blossom Beauty as an education provider. So I was like, if I'm gonna change it at any point, why not change it now? And Blossom is like still familiar, you know, and because the podcast is called Blossom in Business, like it just made sense. So for the podcast listeners, it wasn't that different, like it wouldn't be like that different to you guys, but I guess it just depends on you know situations, what people look at me for. Um, the salon, she's the same, like the same name, so it doesn't affect my clients whatsoever. It's more just like a nice clean separation between the two because they're now two different names. So now I'm basically running two businesses because before it was one business, but like two completely different things: salon and education. And because I wanted to go into more than just now education, I feel like it needs its own business, like it's too like big to just have it be a part of Royal Blossom Beauty, it needed its own business, so that's exactly what I'm doing. So, long story short, I registered Blossom in Business as a new business name, trademark, all the things changed my website. But you know what the craziest part was? Because I thought of this idea like two weeks before I went to Japan, and there's so much to change, like every single like thing, I couldn't do it before we went away. So that whole time we're on our holiday, I was like, I can't wait to get back and rebrand and just announce everything, it's oh so exciting. But yeah, I had to like shut the f up the whole trip and not tell anyone, but yeah, I was so excited to get back and do that. But there was so much to change because when I had the idea, because I knew I wouldn't have time to do it before Japan, and I obviously didn't want to do it in Japan because I was trying not to work, I had a bit of trouble because basically, because I knew that I was gonna do it, but I didn't know when I could do it, I thought let me just change a spare Instagram account that I had to blossom in business just so I have like so it's reserved. But Blossom and Business on Instagram unfortunately was not available, but I could get Blossom in Business Underscore. So I'm like, okay, lock it in, change my random account that I had to blossom in business underscore. So when I actually do the rebrand, I can just quickly change that to something else and then take, you know. But I didn't realise that there was a 14-day period where after you change your username, Instagram still holds it for you. So guess what happened the day I was doing my rebrand? I grabbed that spare account that I had called Blossom Business Underscore. I changed it to something else, and then I tried to change my education main Instagram account to Blossom and Business Underscore, and it's like nope it's not available, and I'm like, what the f like I have it, like I literally have it right now, like I just had it for my other account and now it's free because I changed it. But turns out Instagram holds the name for 14 days in case you want to change it back. So I was like, oh god, okay. I'm doing the rebrand today, so it needs to be blossoming business. So I did blossom in business underscore underscore. And I'm like, oh f ⁇ , it looks so ugly. But anyways, that's what I had to leave with. I've got blossom and business underscore underscore. So I was like, okay, now the salon account that was Royal Blossom Beauty Salon at the time can now go back to Royal Blossom Beauty. So I tried to change it. And because I'd changed the main account that was Royal Blossom Beauty to Blossom and Business underscore underscore, it had that 14-day hold. So now I was like, I can't even change the name of the salon account. So I've got blossom business underscore underscore and royal blossom beauty salon. And I'm just like, oh what a drainer. So I had to wait two weeks. So I had to like change the name, the act of Blossom Business, um, like the links in my emails and my, you know, all my systems and stuff to the underscore underscore. But then two weeks later, I had to, when I could finally get the name, change the link again to just the one underscore. And I'm like, ugh, what a drainer. And I had to change when I could eventually get the name, the salon page to get rid of the salon. Just have Rogebos and Beauty. Like it was just a whole nightmare, logistical nightmare. So if you're someone that is going to change your username on Instagram and you think you're smart by reserving it on another account, just know that even once you take it off that other account, there's a 14-day holding period. So, you know, change it and I like allow 14 days because it did not let me take it. Not even a second earlier. Like, I think I changed it around 7 pm, like the first time, and I couldn't change it until exactly 7 pm, two weeks later, and I'm like, ugh, what a drainer. But, anyways, I did my rebrand when we got back. I had to change so much, it was crazy. I had to change my website, so like luckily I use Shopify for my training website. It has like this like redirect. So I did register domain blossomingbusiness.com, easy done. And luckily, it does have an auto redirect for you. So I didn't really have to update all my website links and like my link tree and stuff. Um, if they clicked on a royal blossombeauty.com link, it would just like automatically like redirect them, which is great, but I still went and changed them anyways. I think another one was changing the Instagram link everywhere twice because I had to change my name twice. And like you don't realize how many places your Instagram is. It was in my link tree, it was in my salon link tree, it was at the bottom of every single email, it was inside all my courses, it was mentioned in like my email footer photo thing. It was plastered all over my website. It was like the little icons at the bottom of my website. I'm just like, oh my gosh, there's so much to change. It was just like crazy. So yeah, long story short, we did the rebrand. All is well. I am a bit annoyed that I couldn't get Blossom Business without the underscore on Instagram at least. I got it on everything else, just not Instagram. But it is what it is. I'll take an underscore, just not too. Anyways, I feel like this name, Blossom in Business, just reflects where I see my business going forward. Because I, as I mentioned, I really want to step into more of that business side of things rather than just nails. And I do have stuff in the works, but I can't announce anything yet. I have been teasing some things, but I actually changed my mind on what I'm doing. I have been just like weighing up pros and cons of like different things and like the order I want to do them in. So I was debating, you know, short courses, masterclasses, a big like business course, mentorship, a membership program. I've just been trying to think of what is the best path for me. And you could do multiple of these things, like no one's stopping you, you can do multiple of these things. But I was like, what am I gonna do first? What is the first step? And I can't exactly say what it is yet. It's gonna I I'll do another episode when um I can announce it, but follow the Instagram if you don't already. Blossom Business underscore, that's where it's at. That's where I tell everyone there is gonna be a launch very, very soon. I am doing a thing that I feel like I was gonna work my way up to because it is a bigger thing. I kind of felt like I'd have to take baby steps to get there, but those baby steps would have pushed me further away from my goal. Whereas, as scary as it is, going for the bigger thing to begin with is just what has to be done because I feel like that's where my true passion is, and I'm so excited to announce what it is. I was teasing at something, but the again I changed my mind, so I'm kind of trying to tease towards a new thing now. But I have been working on it so hard, I'm so excited for it to go live. Oh my gosh, so excited. Um, there is obviously more coming out than just that, but all in time, I'm really just everything that I want to come out with in my business. I always want it to be good. So I'll never rush anything, I'll never put something out that's like mid just for the sake of getting something out. Like that's not me. So I feel like I've been really taking my time behind the scenes, but like also hustling to make sure whatever I come out with, no matter if it's this thing now or like the next thing, is always going to be the best it can possibly be. And I'm always someone that's improving over time. Like, even like with my now course, I plan on changing some things, adding some things, revamping, doing all the things because I feel like you can continuously improve. But the name is just like perfect, it makes sense, it's clear, it's just it's still like real like similar, like it's still got the blossom in it, and I feel like it's really good. And obviously it's a podcast name, like can't go wrong. But guys, I have huge, huge plans for the nail industry. I have huge plans for just like the beauty industry as a whole, but all in time. I've started working with a business coach actually, and I'll talk about that in another episode because I feel like there's so much I can say on that. I'm only like literally like four days in as I'm filming, but I think by the time you guys watch this, I'll probably be like a week and a half in. One thing she said is like, I feel like your brain is like 10 steps ahead of your body. Like, and I'm like, this is so accurate because I have such a long list of goals, but I can't do them all right now, and it's like frustrates me because I really want to do things, but like it's just all in time, all in time. Just take each thing as they come because I feel like I was trying to do too many things at once, and I feel like now I'm just simplifying and focusing on my core goal and how I'm actually going to get there, rather than like coming out with like 10 different things in 10 different formats of like nope, back up, that can come later, you know. But I do have such big plans, I have so many things I want to do. I feel like I don't have enough time, but all in time. I'm trying to just like sit the f down and relax. Anyways, we'll circle back to this a little bit later on the episode. But if you are watching my visuals, we do have a new podcast set up. This is my first episode filming, not only in like six to eight weeks, but also in the new setup. So, you know, if the audio isn't amazing, I've got the heater going on, I've got the- I don't I don't know how good it is. I don't know if the lighting's amazing, I can see a shadow. Uh I mean, these are things that like you know how you say, like, people don't notice these things, it's just you that notices it, and here I am pointing it all out, but like it could just be me, like overthinking things. But anyways, we're in a new setup for the podcast. So I was filming the podcast in my partner's spare room. I can't film it at my mom's house because my dog does not shut the f up. So that wasn't an option. And I never thought of filming it in the salon because there was always something beeping in the house, and there was always, you know, gates flying when it's windy, it's so much noise, but there's no noises apart from like I've got the heater, the episode I filmed before this, which is gonna come out after this. I did have the heater on full blast, and now it's a bit lower now, but I'm hoping that it is and remains quiet every time I film in here. The reason why I moved the setup in here is because I felt like the spare room, as quiet and peaceful as it was, it felt very staged, it felt very boring, bland, just like and like I'm gonna talk soon about like the vibe I want for the podcast going forward, but it's felt like it was too boring, and that's not the vibe I want for this podcast. I want it to be not only educational, but like, you know, I feel like nothing's been fun so far, but like, at least for me, maybe because I'm filming it, I'm not like enjoying it, but like, you know, like I feel like I want like better. Like, I just wanted to change everything. And also not only that, but I wanted a space that I can have in-person guests because I mean I could like I don't have to like take guests into my partner's house and take them upstairs, it's just like I don't want to have to do that, and yeah, so I thought I need to create space in the salon where I can film with guests in person if I'm given the opportunity. I do have another guest speaker episode in-person planned, but I'm gonna be traveling to them. So the next time I have an in-person guest that can travel here, then we're gonna do the new setup, which is so exciting. But, anyways, I wanted a setup that I could fit two people in, so me and another person, and have it look good, I guess. But because it's just me today, the setup also works really well for just me. So it's amazing, and also I've got a little bit of decor going on, we've got a better chair. Like, I feel like again, how I wanted to change the vibe of the podcast in my partner's spare room. I was sitting on a stool. I was sitting on a stool with like a full setup. I still I still have the full setup, but like I just felt more uncomfortable, I felt more scripted, I felt more like tense, and I really want this podcast to shift and become more relaxed, conversational, still valuable and educational, but more authentic to myself rather than reading off a script. Like I'm always gonna have notes, but like not so much scripted, not so much like I feel like I I talk at a thousand miles an hour, regardless. But like not being so wound up and more just like like I'm on an armchair kind of thing now, like I'm relaxed, like I'm not in a rush, I'm not like I feel more relaxed here. I feel like more like I can just chill, converse, you know, do all the things. I can sit back and you can see a bit more of the setup now. So yeah, just like big difference. I wanted the podcast to feel more conversational rather than like just like me talking at you. I want you guys to feel like what I say can relate to you and you feel like you can relate to me and just like all those things. Like I just want to connect. I just want to connect, you know. So I feel like the podcast, like the look, I feel like it also looks better. And again, I don't know about the lighting situation, maybe maybe she needs some fixing, but I feel like she looks better. She's more on brand, we've got some pink going on, we've got a pink chair, pink vase. If you're not watching the visuals, she just looks cuter, and also I feel like it's just a more chill space, you know, it's like my own space, like my salon, you know, and also space for new people to join. So I'm so excited for the new setup. It is a bit of a pain because, like, unlike my partner's favorite room that no one goes in but me, I can't just leave everything set up because I've got clients. So where I'm at right now is where the reception desk was. So every time I want to film the podcast, which I've only said that I'm committing to fortnightly episodes, but lately it's just been weekly because I've just been over-delivering. But I'm gonna try and bulk film them, like today I'm filming two. That way it's like only once a month if I'm doing fortnightly, or if I'm doing um every single week, it's only twice a month that I have to move around the whole salon a little bit. But I mean only have to rove the desk, which I just drag, and then the chair and move all the tripods and lighting in. So it's not that bad, it's just like we've got good weather today, so there's no wind, there's no rain, there's no noise. So hopefully this setup remains consistent. But I'm so excited for I mean, I don't want to technically call it a new season of the podcast because like I can actually like make it a separate season when I publish it, but I don't want to do that, that's too much effort. Let's just keep it as like the same season of the podcast because I don't want to do seasons, I just want to like just all the episodes, just they all come out whenever, you know. But it feels like a new season of the podcast. Like I feel like things are gonna be different going forward, which I'm so excited for. Anyways, I need to move on to a different topic because I'm like rambling way too much. Anyway, so we've covered the rebrand, we've covered the fact that I'm working on so much right now, and I'm so excited to announce what I'm actually working on. The new podcast set up, we've got another guest speaker episode coming up very soon. Now, another thing I wanted to touch on is I have been hustling. I am I don't want to say I'm the poster child for boundaries and you know work-life balance. I would love to be, but I am still working on that, and I feel like I've been trying to get better. But as I mentioned, right now I'm working with a business coach, more on the education side of my business, because I feel like you can learn so much value from having someone actually take a look into the back end of your business and see where improvements can be made to your systems, to your marketing, to all those things. And I'm gonna do a whole nother episode on this and like my experience having a business coach and being kind of like mentored because it is I'm only like three days in. I'm like, oh I can't wait, like I'm so excited because I feel like it's so valuable already, like having someone assess how your business runs and tells you how you can actually improve it in a way that actually makes sense. And I just love the guidance, the support, all of those things. So I'm so excited. To be doing this right now, like being a part of a coaching program. And without spoiling things, there is a way that you know maybe you could experience some more. I'm just saying, I'm not gonna touch on it any further detail. Follow the Instagram and you'll see what I've got up my sleeve. But, anyways, I'm super confident in my salon. I'm actually scaling back gradually to focus more on education. But it was education where I really wanted to go, especially with having the end new business and all, I wanted to go. I mean, I suppose we're making this podcast more casual now. I'm gonna go bowls deep into this business. So prepare to be super mean. A lot is coming, a lot is coming. I'm just I mean, those are two words I shouldn't just use in the same set. We moving on. But there is so much value coming for you guys from the podcast, from Instagram posts, and through other formats as well. I'm so excited. Like, I'm just beyond words, like I just can't. But in saying that, I'm someone where my business is my whole life, and as much as I want to be that person, and I'm gonna be, like, after I finish this coaching, I'm trying to make the most of it. I'm gonna be after I finish this coaching. I have been hustling, and I feel like it's a mix of getting back from Japan and having not worked for three weeks. I was so behind because I was so underprepared for the month I got back because I wasn't sure exactly when I was going to be doing the coaching. So I was kind of already behind when I came back. So I was like already like behind with admin, behind with education business, and I was you know back at full swing with clients, and I was fully booked for the first couple weeks because I'd been away for three weeks. It was just crazy, like wild. But also, like once I finally kind of caught up with like the post-Japan work, we started our coaching container, and mine is only four weeks that I signed up for, and I'm making every single cent worth it. Like I already feel like it's been so valuable already, but it's only four weeks, so I really just want to make sure that I'm getting the most value out of it as possible. So I normally work four days in the salon, but now I'm down to two to three days a week because I really just want to lock in and like absorb every ounce of information and every ounce of support and just really just enjoy it. So I've been really heavily working on the education business. Again, so much coming, so much like I'm working on fixing a lot of my systems at the moment because it's just very overwhelming for me to do everything on my own, running the two businesses and trying to, you know, scale both in a way. Like, I mean, I'm not really scaling the salon in the sense of like getting staff or like taking it any further, but like still scaling it in a way that I can earn more for doing less, but still have the experience be super valuable for my clients because the salon is still my main source of income. My education business is still growing, she's still in the early days. But I've been basically again balls deep into this like education business, especially during this coaching container. But the thing is, I don't feel like I'm stressed because I made sure to take extra time off the salon to focus on it, and of course, time off the salon, huge pay cut, first of all. So that was like something that if I had a mortgage, I would be stressed about, but currently I'm not stressed about because I know that I'm working on things that are going to pay off eventually. But I've been really locked in to working on this business, blossoming business. So again, a lot of things coming, but I don't feel stressed. I don't really feel stressed in the sense like there's not enough time or it's too much to do. Like I don't actually feel that stressed right now, which is great, but I'm not sleeping, I'm struggling to sleep. I am normally a really good sleeper, I'm out like a light, I sleep like eight hours every night, undisturbed sleep, and then you know, I'm normally fine. I have been struggling to sleep. I wake up like three times throughout the night and I'm just miserable. But the thing is, I don't feel stressed, I feel excited, I feel passionate, I feel just like I just have like so much energy when I when it comes to like this business that I'm working on, and I'm so passionate about every single thing that I'm working on, and it's like I can't sleep because all these ideas come to my mind, and I'm thinking of like, what am I gonna do tomorrow? Like, and I'm just like oh so excited, and I'm just oh I cannot describe like I feel like if there's anyone that can relate that's super passionate about their business, like you know what I'm saying. Like, I can't sleep not because I'm stressed, but because I'm so excited, I'm so tired, but I can't sleep because my brain is just it won't shut off. So if anyone has any suggestions on how I can just like sleep, because normally I'm like out like a light, eight hours, good to go, but now it's just like I can't get to sleep. I'm tossing and turning, my brain like won't shut off, and even when I finally get to sleep, I wake up and then I can't get back to sleep. And even the other night, it's so crazy because I've been having a lot of ideas come to me like late at night, and also in the middle of the night, if I wake up, I've got an idea and I have to write it down. So the other night I was sleeping and my partner was next to me and I woke up at 4am. I'd already struggled to get to sleep, but once I already went to sleep, I'd woken up at 4am, which normally I woke up at like 7, so like that's like you know, that's the middle of the night for me. And I had this idea come to my head, like word for word, and I'm like, oh, I gotta write this down. I can't forget this. This is too valuable. I'm not gonna go back to sleep and remember this word for word in the morning. So at 4am, I normally do speech to text, but my partner was asleep next to me, didn't want to wake him up. He's such a light sleeper. I can he did wake up with me just whipping out my phone, but I didn't do speech to text so I could let him sleep. But I typed out the whole thing manually. It took 40 minutes, so I was up from like 4 am to 4:40am, brainstorming this idea, like it came to me word for word, and I feel like not only did I experience the business name coming to me, but this idea at 4am, my body just woke itself up to give me this idea, and I feel like I'm not a super like spiritual person, but like I feel like the universe has just like planted these ideas and like I guess they're not even ideas, like just planted this these things in my brain and told me to do them, and I'm just like wow, like again, I'm not super super spiritual, but I feel like it's just happened way too many times recently where like something has just like existed, like it's just like come out of nowhere. Like, how did I wake up at 4 a.m. and this idea came to me word for word? Like, I don't know. I feel like I'm just super passionate and so excited, but it's really affecting my sleep. But at the same time, I feel like I'm on the right path. I feel like this education business, especially shifting into that um business education, especially, it's absolutely the right path for me, and I know exactly what I'm doing, and it's all just like allowing myself the time to get there and not trying to do 10 things at once and just enjoying enjoying the journey, I guess. But yeah, I guess this episode was more just like an update on like just things, and I know that like a lot of my episodes are normally quite like get to the point, educational, valuable, but like being my podcast, I also want to share some of the behind the scenes, some of the like the realities and like running a business. Like it's not perfect. I do have the episode coming out after this, which is like an educational video, but like it's something that I don't do very well because I don't want to seem like someone that's like I'm telling you what to do, and I'm perfect at every single thing I do. I definitely am not perfect. Like I have blind spots in my business as well, which is obviously what the business coaching is like really bringing out of me right now is like things that I don't see because like I've got so much going on. Like she can be like, okay, this needs to be improved, but we'll do it like this, like you know, things like that. Which that's why I'm so excited to announce what I'm announcing, but like oh, just all in time, all in time, and you need to like chill the f out. But yeah, this is more just like a little catch-up and a little bit more of a personal video, and I guess give you some more clarity and insight in how the podcast will be moving going forward. I know it wasn't a super educational podcast today, but I hope you guys got a lot of value from it and like just maybe learned a bit more about me if you've never joined the podcast before.
